Safari Staff Who took my layout? Where's the pictures you promised me? Three times a year, coatroom 9 fills with busy staff workers while sponsor William Rogers and the nine Safari editors slave to finish the yearbook. With a little bit of talent, luck, and hard, hard, work the pictures are found, the pages fall to- gether, and we can proudly present to the student body the completed Safari. Our only goal is the publication of a quality product that will hold school memories of 1966-67 for years to come. We hope that the book you now hold fulfills this goal. 5. ,,, . al, 35' Y 1 'QYLA JKQS1 115 ,Q april ,QPQI HQ flap, Editor-in-chief Doug Covington Faculty Editor Ruth Lehman

Xxx Mndy Helm-Editor of junior Section l I- -i n . x Safari Staff Sophomore Editor Erna Singer and Junior Editor Mady Helme com- pleted their pages in their spare time by the first deadline in November. Art Editors Linda Wheeler, Brenda Clements, and Kitty Edens were responsible for the cover design, the end sheets and all the artwork in the Safari. They took on the added responsibility of the Quill and Scroll Banquet. There are nine regular Safari editors who go to Coat- room 9 every day for 6th period. These 5 girls are editors, too, but they worked on their own time to complete the necessary pages. , X X ,,... i 4, Linda Wheeler, Brenda - Clements, Kitty Edens- Ernn Singer- Editors of Art Sections Editor of Sophomore Section
