Our mighty class started ri new tradition by being the first one to receive rings in our Junior year! Even though We received our rings early, this week really spurred us into our new role as the mighty Senior Tigers of '67. The Senior Mixer was the grand finale to the week's activities. A huge tiger banner and ring replica helped the Senior Court take on the right spirit while the music: of the Oxford Reformers and our own folksingers completed the mood. Our senior team captain, Barbara Lathroum, aided by the two junior mem- bers, Mike Newcity and Bill Haskell, form our hard- working team. Since schools from all areas participate, it takes many hours of preparation to build a successful team. Our first match was on December 4, and we were rewarded with second place in competition against St. Alban's and O'Connell Senior Highs. DuVal Tigers show their school spirit once again as they cheer their It's Academic team on to a hopeful victory. y -si , A wa I +L' as f el ,-.Kill ' Y
