The Honor Society is to honor those who demon- strate high scholarship, leadership, character, and service. We try to devise ways to encourage and ac- knowledge those who excel scholastically. We have started the academic letter award and we put signs on lockers of all those on the Honor Roll. We are currently trying to get a plaque for presi- dents of the Student Council and N.H.S. and a traveling banner to hang in the hall listing the most students from any one class on the Honor Roll every quarter. — Mrs. Tolar i 1 O K.
