When this year's .IV pom pon squad started performing dur- ing football season, everyone noticed that there was much work to be done. By the 4 the season the squad made outstanding improve- ments. Basketball season was a hectic time. but each girl handled her part as a member of the squad, respectively. All the hard work began to pay off when we traveled to Lan- sing for Regionals and placed second and earned an invita- tion to state competition. The squad traveled to Farmington Hills and put on an excellent performance in which they placed as one of the top ten squads in the state. l saw ev- ery member reach her goal and improve greatly through- out the year. As the Blooper Alert sounded - BIoopBloopBloop - Barbara Ann chanted I said a boom chicka boom! ln an attempt to save the day. hewoman slithered out of her pizza-mobile equipped with a chain saw and Oreos shouting, Smile you're on candid camera!
