VXI JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL EDWARD HAMSHER In order to make a more desirable organization of grade levels, a com- pletely separate Junior High School was created. Edward Hamsher was se- lected to direct the new Junior High School. Because of his helpful under- standing and friendly attitude toward the students and faculty, he gained their confidence and cooperation. HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL ROBERT C. PARSONS Robert Parsons, who is serving his first year as Principal of Dover High School, has gained the con- fidence of the student body and faculty by showing a friendly and sincere interest in their welfare. Although adjusting to a new school is difficult, Mr. Parsons has been able to overcome successfully this problem through his devoted ef- forts of guidance and direction in high school affairs. GUIDANCE COUNSELOR EDGAR G. SCHUMACHER G. E. Schumacher capably directs the guidance pro- gram of Dover High School. In addition to helping students with their many problems, he competently coordinates the testing program of the high school and serves as guidance instructor in the Junior High School.
