Text from Pages 1 - 88 of the 1955 volume:

PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE To the students and graduates of Douglas High School. Douglas High School has turned out many fine graduates from its senior class in the past. These graduates who put forth the necessary effort here in school to make an ex- cellent report have also made accomplishments in life in proportion to their school record. Our school is proud of these graduates who worked hard to set high standards and ideals for themselves, and they are now good witnesses for Douglas High School. We have every reason to believe that we will be proud of the class of 1955. It is our belief that each senior has mastered enough of the fundamental subjects and the philosophy of fair play to become a well-developed and useful citizen in his community. MRS.
