They were led by a capable group of officers: Lynn Miller, Presidentg Mike Conner, Vice-President, Janice Turner, Secretary Treasurer: Bill Toalson, Student Council Representative. Norma Trent was our only Demon cheerleader, with Judy Russell and Marilyn Chester as Cow- boy cheerleaders. Sheridan Dressler and Pat Hammar were candidates for basketball queen. Jackie McAllister and Marie Kline were carnival attendant The sophomore class made a hit with their three one-act plays: The Lost Voice, Wednesday Midnight, and The Round-Up of Minnie. ln the junior year the class was led by Bill Toalson, President, Bill Meyers Vice-Presidentg Evan Myers, Secretary, Kenton Kirkpatrick, Treasurerg Gary Noll, Student Council Representative. Jim Cox was Demon cheerleaderg Sheridan Dressler, Judy Russell, and Janice Turner were Cowboy cheerleaders. Kay Hessman, Norma Trent, and Judy Russell were the junior candidates for carnival queen. Jackie McAllister was football and basketball attendant. The junior class presented the three-act play, The Ruggles. We bowed out grace- fully to the mighty seniors as they took the victory on Demon Day. The theme of the prom was A Galaxy of Melodies. Officers for our final year were Gary Noll, Pfesidentg Stanley Wilkerson, Vice-Presidentg Janice Turner, Secretaryg Lynn Miller, Treasurer, and Richard Hagen, Student Council Representative. The Demon cheerleaders were Sheridan Dressler and Norma Trent, head cheerleader. Norma Trent was crowned football queen, with..Barbara Roberts as an attendant. Senior candidate for carnival queen was Marie Klineg later she was crowned basketball queen. The carnival committee was composed of Eleanor Schreader, Linda Miller, and Phyllis Oberle. On April 16 the seniors were guests of the juniors at the Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom. On April 26 they presented the class playg on May 24 they had their farewell picnic, and on May Z7 they donned caps and gow and left the old familiar ha1ls of learning. 1 S. v CLASS 0F'55 HS
