OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID in appreciation but not complain- ing are the members of the art department. Miss Geneva Wright's faithful cohorts are always ready, willing and able to do their bit when called upon. And they frequently are-by almost every school activity. MISS GENEVA WRIGHT, art supervi- sor, brings another display from her two high school classes to post in the main hall showcase. 9' PIANISSIMO, BOYS! As we study the look on your celestial director's face, we conclude that you are in- deed reaching the heights for as high as you can soar on a bass hornl. MR. WILLIAM ALAIR, indus- trial arts instructor, is always on the job with high school classes and adult sessions at night. CRASH! and with the impact of wood upon drumhead, we present that erstwhile trio of drummers-lean Dowler, Cleta Io Love- lady and Anna Mae Evans. ludging by that intent look, we'd say the kids are up against a pretty tough assortment ot notes. DOROTHY PENN- INGTON and Vir- ginia Barnes consent to pose for the Sou'- Wester photographer to prove that girls can handle tools as efficiently as boys.
