Thelma Taylor, Lugenia Elkins, Kitty Turbeville, and Floranell Sanderson finally had their fondest dreams come true-winning the hearts of those Rowland boys. The Homemakers of America Association proudly includes these members of your 1956 class: Jean Baxley, Mary Stone. Catherine Thompson, President of this organization is Oro Lee Evans. Still going strong with those basketball careers are Mickey White and Anna Carmichael. Mickey, now 6' ii , is playing with the Harem Globetrotters, while Anna merely averages 50 points per game. Their neighbors across the pasture, are Mr. Lonnie Huggins and his wife, the former Shirley Jenkins. Receiving those long anticipated letters from their favor- ite relatives were Bobby Belk, William Douglas, Bobby Cotting- ham, and Wayne Stanton. By the way, that relative is Uncle Sam. Five Star General, Willie Jackson, has given Edward Stone the most valuable position-chief potato peeler. First rating in television goes to Shirley Campbell for her splendid performance in the series of l killed My Love. Others who have shown a definite rise in TV are Bobby Wellington, Willie McRae, and Faye Faircloth. It seems these girls thrive on the program commercials. Dixon McCormick is now M. C. for the 900,000,000 Question with petite Doris Morris es- corting the contestants to the platform. Frances Hyatt and Hazel Herring now have by-lines in the Sellers NEWS AND OBSERVER. They run on article everyday. Dot Mclellan, who has iust divorced her fifth husband, is hop- ing to be helped by the Hyatt and Herring Advice to the I.ovelorn. And now the crystal ball is becoming hazy. There is nothing more concerning your T956 Seniors. But ah, one thing more do I see-two husbands pacing the floor hungry as bears.
