Thespians cmd FTA Act and Teach Future Teachers Practice teaching at grade and high schools, helping teachers, and visiting colleges are just a few things that the Future Teachers of America do to get an outlook on the teaching profession. Members get every possible chance to work with real life situations and learn the do's and don'ts of teaching. At meetings, teachers and speakers convey their ideas of various colleges and teach- ing methods. ln this way, members learn by advice and experience and leave high school well prepared for their profession. The play, given at Christmas, was the club's first dramatic pro- duction. Later in the year, try outs were held for the one act play entered in regional competition.
