PENROSE, EARL-Earl had many interesting and original ideas . . . he never hesitated to give us his true and honest opinions on all subjects. PERRATONE, DCLORES-Tall and terrific are two ad- jectives which modify the proper noun, Dolores. . .her charming ways make her one of the most popular girls at Township. . . football is her favorite sport for an obvious reason. PETERSON, RICHARD-A quiet boy from Room 13 . . . took an active part in all classes and especially liked track in which he was quite accomplished. PRY, DAVlD-Fun-loving and carefree can best describe Dave . .y . everybodys pal . . . could usually be seen in Murray s Restaurant. RAMSEY, DOLORES-A cute miss from Room 12. .. with her dancing eyes and beautiful smile, she will always succeed . . . a smooth dancer with lots of friends. RUFFNER, ALYCE-A shy lass from Room 'l3 . . . handled capably all she undertook . . . chief ambition is to become a nurse and we know with her ability, she will succeed. SABHC, MARY--Friendly, pretty, cheerful, well-liked . . . has all the attributes of being president of the Personality Club . . . never a dull or unoccupied moment . . .is success- ful in everything she undertakes. SHORT, DONALD-A quiet lad, but a hard worker . . . Don had many good opinions which were always worthwhile being expressed. SHAFFER, WILLIAM-Good-looking Bill is a regular Casanova and the Romeo of Room 13 . . . likes all girls . . . full of1 pep, vim and vigor, ever-ready for a laugh even if it is on im. SHWAN, MILDRED-Mid, our diminutive senior Student Council member. . . always has a smile. . . willing to help freshmen in their troubles about rules . . . serious, energetic, cooperative . . . always seen taking students to football games in her car.

DELIGHTFUL at RESPECTFUL MlTCl-lELL, ROBERT-A cute lad who worked hard on the Ag. Crew . . . always displayed a friendly smile . . . took life as it came and never missed an enjoyable minute of it. MOORE, CLlFFOl2D- Beanie is popular with everyone at Township . . . he puts life in all his classes and always has a snappy comeback. After graduation, he plans to enter the ministry. L MCCRACKEN, LAMONT- Monty is an all-around Senior. . .played center on the football team his senior year . . . efficient mana er of the basketball team . . . liked to dance most of all ancll was quite accomplished at it. NElL, PERSIS-Lively and likable, Persis is one of the lasses who keeps life here at Derry Township interesting . . . always full of pep and ready for any amount of fun. NEVERLY, MARGIE-A busy, blonde commercial stu- dent, Margie is a friend to everyone and is known for her sunny disposition . . . enters into everything wholeheartedly . . . likes all sports. NICOLS, DAVID- Doc tall, shy lad with a friendly dis- position . . . a smooth dancer and an excellent jitterbug . . . can always be seen with his side-kick, J. Brezo. NOLAN, MARIE-One of those rare personalities blessed with blonde hair and snappy brown eyes . . . she is one of our most versatile seniors . . . proved very efficient as class secretary. OLSEN, VIOLA-Ouiet and efficient is the best way to describe Viola. Cooperative and always ready to do her part, she will succeed in everything she does. PAVLAK, ANDREW-A dependable lad who always has his work on time. . .he displayed efficiency in all he undertook. PENlCl-l, ROSE-Rose is a true and loyal friend to all . . . she spends most of her spare time dancing and from all hearsay, she does quite well at it. SOPCISAK, CARL-A mischievous lad from Room '13 was Soapy . . . played four years in the band . . . a better than average student with many friends . . . thinks there's no place like Loyalhanna. SOPCISAK, DOROTHY-Dependable, loyal, sincere . . . always willing to give someone at helping hand . . . one of those rare students who never frowns .' . . full of Fun, charm and witty sayings. . . never tires of dancing or attending movies. . .STElN, ROSEMARY-Quiet, but still friendly, pleasant and studious . . . talks about roller skating and good times she had at the rink . . . inseparable companion of Mid . . . trans- ferred from Blairsville l-ligh in her sophomore year. STEMMLER, PAULINE--Charms everyone with her sweet- s ness, cheerfulness, and friendliness . . . a good student, diligent, and cooperative in everything she does . . . active in all sports. STEWART, MARGARET-Busy as a bee at all times . . . super salesman in chance contest. . . secretary-treasurer of Room 12 . . . never fails to be seen unless with Jean Keller- man . . . keeps everyone laughing, happy or having a good time. STOUP, HARRY-Occupied a front seat in Room 19 . . . l-larry is popular with both boys and girls and has a smile for everyone . . . good-natured and always talkative.
