aa sa unior Class l-lisior VV'e, the Class of '46 passed from Jr. High into Sr. High as Freshmen with 92 students enrolled. At our hrst class meeting we elected our officers, class flower, class colors, and choosing for our motto Tonight VVe Launch, VVhere Shall VVe Anchoru. Not many events occurred during our first year. As We passed from Freshmen to our Sophomore year the enrollment was 78. The events of interest were the election of new officers, our new class colors, which were then changed from Navy Blue and Wlhite to Red and White. A class party was held for classmates and guests. Another year has again passed and we are now Juniors, with the enroll- ment of 61 students. This greatly reduced number in our enrollment is due to the number of students taking up vocational at Lewistown High School, those quitting school, and those entering the service. The following events took place: election of new officers: selecting of pennants, hats, etc., and a farewell party for one of our classmates who left for the Armed Forces. Those that left during our three years in High School are: Glenn Mertz, U. S. Armyg John Kelly, U. S. Navy, Jack Yearick, U. S. Armyg Robert Sulolf, U. S. Navy.
