Fine Arts If the band and choir seem a little bit prouder than usual this year, it ' s with reason. The band has completely new uniforms, and the band hall is newly air-conditioned. The choral department is the richer by some two-hundred dollars worth of music. MR. ROGER HANSON DEPARTMENT HEAD ETSU, B.M.E., M.E.
