DEN Y LOG JANUARY I 9 4 7 The smallest graduation class in Denby history will trod the boards of the Denby stage on the night of January twenty-ninth. Approximate- ly one-hundred-ninety graduating seniors will eagerly await the "Wel- - come Address" of Patricia Siebert. Other student speakers will be Shir- ley Jean Flagler and Donald Duff. The commencement address will be delivered by A. Douglas Jamieson, the President of the Detroit Board of Education. One of the high spots on the program will be the address by Dr. Cooper. The eight Denby counselors will hand out the long- waited-for diplomas. uating class the 12A executive com mittee and several members of the LOG staff have worked for many ... .. ' X Z X In an attempt to honor the grad- 1 I weeks in the preparation of this edi- tion of the Senior LOG. In surveys taken among 12A's it was found that most seniors wanted their names and activities listed in this special issue. Individual pic- tures are purposely omitted because these are scheduled to appear in the June Navigator. In a limited time, and with a very limited amount of money to spend, we have worked long and hard to bring to you the best Senior LOG within the limits of our abilities. We hope you like it! It has often been said that good things come in little packages. While this is far from being one of Denby's largest classes, it is certainly one of the BEST. May we take this op- portunity to wish each and every one of you Godspeed in your journey through life? --- Q ' :- 2 Mia ' ak a I ,f l
