St. Patricks Day Dance. Fred Wilferth, along with eight other students and Mr. Welker, attended the National FFA Convention. Ruth Brown and Betty Moss were among the members ofthe softball members, Robynn Eftink and Sarah Gregory competed in the District 15 LA Competition, each placing 4th in one of their events. Robynn Eftink was chosen to attend the Hugh O'Brian Youth Seminar at St, Louis and Sarah Gregory was nominated to go to the Missouri Scholars Academy in Columbia, Mo. With new students transferring in and old friends moving out, somehow the class managed to retain their identity with the help oftheir class sponsors.
