ADS The ads sold by the Ad Section of the yearbook staff paid for about W of the total cost of printing the yearbook. This is possible because the ad staff put in many hours during the summer selling ads. Several days different staff members drove around given areas in Chaffee, Capenlackson, Scott City, Oran, and Advance to find businesses that would support the year- book by buying an ad. The section sold seventeen pages full of ads. This came to about 52000. Ad prices were S25 for an Va ofa page, S35 for a Vs, S50 for a vb, and S80 for a full page. The creation of the ads themselves came from information supplied by the business but it was up to a staff member to assemble the information into a creative block of artwork and copy fi-Y'
