Track team members include: Layne Finlinson, Brent Johnson, Wayne Dafoe, Dave Harris, Lex Nielson, Nathan Peterson, James Peterson, Daron Smith, Dog Bag's coach, left Peterson, Daryl Nielson, Rob Manis, and Garth Lovell. Not Pictured: Mont Myers, Steve Fountaine, Dave Reid- head, Duane Rawlinson, Randy Fields, lus- tin Peatross, and Troy Wardle. 2. Wayne Dafoe ran the third leg of the sprint relay. Also in the relay were Steve Fountaine, Daryl Nielson, and Daron Smith. 3. Layne Finlinson passes oft the baton to Garth Lovell in the medley. Other members in- cluded Steve Fountaine and Troy Wardle. 4. Steve Fountaine hands off to lames Peterson in the anchor leg of the mile relay. Daryl Nielson and Daron Smith also ran that race. 5. David Harris took seventh at state in the javelin event. 6. What you talkin' about, Coach? 7. lames Peterson lost the state race and his state record in the 400 meter dash. His time was 50.76. The winning time was 50.53. 8. Peterson crossed the finish line at region with a first place and a new regional record. Time was 51.51. Track Team 0 79
