KW'-alt Under the direction of Kirk Davies, Homecoming proved to be one of the best organized and most spectacular events to be carried out at Delta High in many years. A committee, consisting of Russ Lake, Sheila Losee, Jayne Schena, Richard Jacobson, and Shawn Peterson, assisted Kirk in planning an exciting event for every day. The assembly, held at night, was out standing and was presented to an overflow crowd. Students, former royalty, and townspeople, such as Fera and Lois Little, combined to make it a memory to be treasured. The M. C.'s, Emma and Essie CBecky Hansen and Cindy Craftsj were delightful. After many years, the traditional parade was again revived, and the students worked hard to make it the success it was. Half-time at the ballgame was equally enjoyed by alumni and townspeople, as the Band, Flag Unit and Tri-Dels put on a great show. The dance was well attended. J. J. Mason was the band and the theme was The Times of Our Livesf' A slide show greatly enhanced the theme and added the final touch to a perfect week.
