THF RINIRUCK .. 3' ELVA RILEY Miss Riley has added the artistic touch to our school rn more ways than one She has been an inspiration and a help to the students rn her art classes she has been of assistance rn helping to prepare stage settings for our school plays We are unusually proud of 'Vhss Riley and realize that she is deserving of high recognition She is a graduate of Colorado Unr versity ROBERT GOLTRY If we ever thought that all teachers were faultless creatures too far above us to be real friends we lost the idea entirely when we met Mr Goltry our commercial teacher He has seemed like one of us and has helped us with out seeming to do so This companionship rs a rare and valued treasure Mr Goltry was graduated from Colorado State College of Ed ucatron JENNIE TYLER As rf it werent enough to try to penetrate the skulls of Delta High School students and rnstrll a lrttle knowledge of foreign language Miss Tyler nevertheless rsnt satisfied she makes herself responsible for every girl 1n When some lrttle courtesy is shown that one never knows to whom to attribute MISS Tyler is usually responsible drrectly or indirectly She was graduated from Colorado College and has attended several well known universities including the University of Mexico CHESTER CRUIKSHANK Mr Crurkshank has charge of our new vocatronal agriculture d e p a r t m e nt which through hrs unceasrng labors rs contributing so much to the welfare of the high school He rs new this year We are told that he par trcrpated rn the tryouts for the Olymprc games last year when he was a roommate of Glenn Morris holder of the worlds record rn the decathlon Isnt that somethrng 'VIr Crurk shank ls a product of Colorado State College of A and M HELEN FAIRBAIN KS English rs her specialty but she takes an active interest rn a number of other enter prrses She has headed the dance committee for several years As Junior class sponsor each year she adds to her list of achrexements a successful class play and a novel Junior senior prom Colorado College University of Calrfor nra and VVestern State C0 lege haxe all con tributed to her learnrng Y O A A J 0 0 I Q 3 1 1 11' . , . , -. 4 ' 41-1 '1 ' i 1 '1 ' 1 1 Y school.
