Guidance Department Assists Student Body Through the hard work of Mr. Ronald Tillapaugh and Mr. Robert McCandlish, Guidance Counselors, the students at Delaware Academy are directed to a cur- riculum most characteristic and benefi- cial of the post-high school plans, as well as guided through the problems of high school life. District Prin oipal Heads School Administration In his third year as District Principal at Delaware Academy, Mr. Richard Zajack has proved himself an able and adept administrator with his willingness to cope with the many problems inherent in basic school policy. As well as concerning himself with these general school programs, Mr. Zajack has maintained an excellent rela- tionship with the student body .

Exemplifying these qual- ities through his everyday workload , Mr. Edward Shalkey works with the high school faculty to encourage stu- dents in their activities and organiza- tions as well as their academic pur- suits . Mr. Herbert Dietz, as elementary principal, concerns himself with the affairs of students in grades kindergar- ten through sixth.
