Board Of Education Formulates School Policy Our Board of Education has been challenged by a problem. An increase in enrollment with no increase in facility has magnified Delaware Academy's lack of space. In cooperation with Mr. Zimmerman, the Board is working tirelessly on a new building plan. A proposal that two new plants be built, one in Treadwell and one in Delhi, has been submitted. Our newly elected board president, Mr. Wilbur Farnsworth, faces many demanding decisions.
