I QX Y 'HIL' lx Working hard and standing proud ls a good description ol' the Hlgh-School Cheerleaders. Both squads have shown very positive enthusiasm during the 1980- 81 season. Durlng the summer, the Varsl- ty cheerleaders went to a cheerleading clinic held In Boulder, Colorado. At the cllnlc, the cheerleaders learned many new cheers and chants. They also brought home several enjoyable Ideas that were used at Pep-assemblies for entertain- ment. They learned a dance routine and taught It to the Junior Varsity squad. The routine was then performed at the Home- coming Tiger Rag to the beat of Stomp , They also held a carwash In July, 1980. The money, that was raised, was used to help for the expenses for summer camp. All In all, the girls kept things going strong and kept the spirit high. 50 N.,
