The Mlddle School Cheerleaders went through a very good learning exper- Ience. When the year began any glrl could be a cheerleader as long as she could pay for the uniform and spend her spare time practlclng. As the year went on, the glrls found that a squad a blg as thelrs was unwieldy and lacklng In strong leadership. Many of the girls quit because they felt that llttle was belng accomplished. After they narrowed the squad down to a reasonable number of girls they began to work harder and show qulte a bit more enthusiasm. The glrls are highly splrlted and very proud of what they do.
