Students strive to become efficient In typ- Ing, shorthand, accounting, leadership, and pub- llc speaking. In competltlon with other schools ln these fields, our students have always re- turned wlth awards. This year they participated In the Fall Leadership Conference at Sargent High School, the District Conference Competi- tlon at Adams State College and the State com- petition In Colorado Springs. Today with so many problems Iaclng youth - such as, drugs, Infla- tlon, unrest ln the Middle East, selectlve servlce reglstratlon, high- er educatlon expenses, hostages - lt ls comforting to have an opportunity to meet once a week and dlscuss moral attitudes.
