FLAG GIRLS Kerry McDonald Valene Garrison Lorrine Gage Sylvia Miller Carolyn Antolin . f Throughout the year, the Band functions as an active and exciting representa- tive of our school. At home athletic events, enthusiasm is demonstrated by its spirited music and well-presented half-time shows. These half-time shows were originated by various half-time committees composed of Band members. Along with the Band, the Majoretts perform in their original new uniforms, which they designed themselves. The Flag Girls practice daily during Band and after school. They perform with the Band at half-times. lim Cheney, Drum Ma- jor, leads the Band through their numerous routines. During concert season, he plays tympany. The Pep Band practices every Monday and Tuesday morn- ing. They accompany the Song Girls and Cheerleaders during the half-times at basketball games. 99
