There were also major changes. A theater pep club was formed, in or- derfto publicize drama events, en- courage more participation by the student body, and generally bring a greater awareness ottheatre arts to the ,campus and community. Instead, the task oi design- ing and constructing the complex sets that are a hallmark of Deer Val- ley plays was handed to ay smali group of independent-study stu- dents- senior Jason Cooper, junior Scott Campbell, and junior Warren Davis. Davis designed the set for the fali play smash You Can't Take lt With You , while Cooper was the architect for the mystery Mouse- trap . Together, the drama clubs brought three terrific plays to students, par- ents, iaculty and staff alike. is ii ' if if , You .
