PHYSICAL EDUCATION COACHES STUDENTS TO LEARN RULES OF THE GAME ome classes in high school improve your mind but P.E. l tlithysical Educationj improves both mental and physical skills. Students engage in sports such as football, baseball, basketball, i racquetball, and soccer. They also do push-ups, the 50 yard dashi pullsups, and warm up exercises to prepare them for the other sports. Lifetime sports instructs students on important things they will need in the future. Health is also a class that is important to ourphysical well being. Health teaches students about the importance of nutrition and safety. There were so many classes that you wanted to take and so little time. But while you were taking these classes remember that the world belongs to the strong. PHYSICAL EDUCA TION 52 Look at Tile!
