A EW BEGINNING The Decatur School Bands, under the direction of Mr. Mike Kinsey have grown immensely, not only in number, but in musical capacity as well. Starting the year off with a Fall Concert, the Band attended Regional Contest at Fayetteville in the Spring and returned with a good rating, which is what all bands try to achieve, if they can and then possibly make the trip to Hot Springs where State Contest Trials are held. Closing the year with their annual Spring Concert, it was an exciting and aspiring year for all, and especially for Mr. Kinsey. h . - 'ist '- , ,, .. r ' V g, . X 4 g W. In . --X - .1 A f.
