CLS--' t - C, JANIS MASON - Janis is a new member of the Senior class and we are happy to have her as a part of us. Always willing to help with anything, her congenial smile makes her a warm person to have as a friend. LEX MEIGS - Lex is a very amusing fellow to have around. A tough player in any ball- game, Lex can make even the meanest indi- vidual a friend. He'l1 be remembered by the Senior class til its dying days. BEVERLY MILLER - Bev is a tiny little gal who's got a lot of energy. As a cheerleader she was constantly cheering for the team showing her school spirit. Her spirit is the kind of pride that makes the Senior class and DHS both winners. KENNY RUSSOW - Kenny is just another of those great Superdogs 72 who showed skill on the field. Known by all as Rooster, his jovial attitude and cheerfulness help the Seniors pass the day happily. MELINDA SMITH - Honey isaverysincere gal. Whether she's dedicated to someone or something, she'll see it through to the end. Loved by all the gang for her good cheer, she was very active in class and she was FTA President.

JACKIE HAWKINS Jackie is Just about the livliest person in the Senior Class Her spirits are always high and she would brighten up anyone s day. She s also known as a top knotch player on the Sr Girls Basketball team. NANCY HARRINGTON - One of Decatur High's outstanding students, she is active in many school activities, including FHA, the Bulldog Scene and Student Council. Nancy also won the Miss Betty Crocker award for her cooking and homemaking ability. KENNY HARRINGTON - Kenny has quite a sense of humor, which, mixed with his foot- ball ability, has gained him many afriend- ship at DHS. He's known by his classmates as Alva. I- MELVIN HIGBY - Melvin is one of the best loved seniors at DHS. A very popular guy, he was chosen Mr. DHS and FHA Beau. Known for his dress and football ability, his high esteem is in the best of regards for all. DONNA HOFFMAN - Chosen as Decatur's Junior Miss for 1973, Donna's bright charm and her charismatic ways make her awonder- ful addition to the senior class. She was FHA President this year and hopes she did herbest.

TERESA SMITH - Teresa is the kind of per- son who lets everyone know what she thinks. She really kept the class going at times when the chips were down. Her uncanny sense of humor will be well remembered by all. DENISE SOUPJOHN - Our lovely Football Queen for 1972 was Denise. Her warm smile and carefree personality were the heart of the Senior Class. MIKE STELLMON - Red to his friends, Mike is agreat guy to have around. He's active in school and out, and with his bubbling personality you know he' s around. uP'? RANDY TAYLOR - A lively person whenever there's anything going on, Randy likes to play football and basketball. DEANNA TURNER - A girl with a great sense of humor, Deanna is active in FHA and likes to play basketball.
