DECATUR SCHOOL BOARD WORK HARD The Board of Education has much work to do around and for the school. They have held meetings for newpo- licies to help get our new school off to a good start. They also make sure all the old policies already adopted are running smoothly. The type of school board we have determines the type of school we have and we feel we have one of the best. These men give freely oftheir time and talents for the community to see that everything runs smoothly. THE OFFICE STAFF KEEPS BUSY Mrs. Perkins, school secretary, keeps very busy keeping the school records and helping Mr. Tucker and the teachers. Mrs. Foreman, not only teaches motor skills to grade school stu- dents, she also keeps records and assists Mr. Wilson, the principal. Mrs. Perkins at one of her many duties. Tucker, our administrators, highschool princi- pal, Mr. Randall Spear and elementary school principal, Mr. Baz Wil- son, have worked very hard in making this school year a success. They have done their best to make our school one of the best in northwestern Arkansas. Many new rules have been added to our school policy this year. Although everyone will not agree with all of them, they are all nec- essary to operate our system smoothly. We are very proud of our new school and equally proud of our administrators. 66
