This year the student council sponsored school events and also took charge of monitoring the halls. They also assisted the teachers when they needed help. We are expecting an increase in the member- ship at the end of the year, though. New members are selected from the Sopho- more, Junior, and Senior classes. Certain qualifications must be met before you be- come a part of the Honor Society. You must have at least a 3.0 grade average. Your leadership ability and your conductis also considered. Therefore itis an honor to be a member. Each year the National Honor Society picks out a project. This year for our project a new bulletin board was bought for the school. vs- 5 'f Qf :F -L+
