The physical education department, required in all three years of high school under the new cur- riculum, helps develop these healthy bodies. Boys' and girls' gym and swimming classes compose the program. Driver education is now required of all students in Michigan. Dearborn High, combining class work with practical road work, trains its students to be capable drivers, so they may add to the safety of Michigan's highways.
