ii rJ The Sophomore Class officers are (L. to R.): Sue Tanner, Vice President; Janice Roe, Secretary; Joan Strahm, Treasurer; Gary Burget, President. Entering wholeheartedly into their first year of student leadership, the Sopho¬ mores elected their class officers who were Gary Burget, President; Joan Strahm, Vice President; Sue Tanner, Secretary; and Jan Roe, Treasurer. Under the guidance of their advisers and officers, the Sophomore Class con¬ tinued throughout the year to maintain a co-operative spirit. This enthusiasm was noticeable by the support of the students for their annual dance, Caribbean Cruise , held in April, and the way in which they upheld the high scholastic standard of the school. All these achievements gave the Sopho¬ mores a great deal of pride and they are now looking forward to a prosperous new year as upper class men. Sophomore Class anrounci Sophomores prepare for their dance by making bids at a committee meeting. The advisers for the Sophomore Class are Miss Alice Perkins and Mr. Clark Folgate. 49
