Coach Bill Zazueta guided nine qualifiers into the City Finals tonight. Candidates Sou ht Jordan's track fortunes were supposed to be at a low ebb this year, but our teams in all three divisions are in prominent posi- tions in the City Finals tonight in the Coliseum. Nine entrants will carry the hopes of the varsity squad in the city finals: Williams in the Sprints, King in the high and low hurdles, White in the high hurdles and high jump, Neal in the 440, Groce in the broad jurnp, and the relay team. The Bees finished second to Jefferson in nurnber of men qual- ified as Hollins in the 660, Brown in the broad jurnp, and the relay team are all threats for titles. Leroy Bates--broad jump, relay, and the century-- and Ira Foley appear to be the best bets to lead the Cees to a city championshipt The midgets V qualified 13 for the city meet. g Bulldog Annual Bigger, Better Than Ever For Student Election Voters in .Tordan's student body election may have no one to vote for unless candidates enter the election picture at the last minute.
