Quill and Scroll is an honorary organi- zation connected with joumalism. To produce a yearbook Worthy of high honors is the qoal of the '58 Scout staff. To aid the editing staff in this task, the business staff sells ads to the David City businessmen and sells yearbooks to the DCHS students to provide the funds necessary for such a biq project. The Scoop, which is printed every three weeks, is printed by the letterpress method and receives its funds from ads sold to the bus- inessmen by the business staff.
