Fred Stafford is the custodian at South Ward. Boy Welte also has the duty of keeping the school warm in the winter. Arriving at approximately 5 a.m., Roy comes to fire the fur- nace seven days a Week during cold weather. Mrs Vern Blevins and Mrs Iohn Tomek are the cooks in the school cafeteria Mrs Blevins and Mrs Tomek prepare meals for about 160 students each day The schools bus drivers are Iohn Tomek Ray Kudlacek Don Shrader Bob Doner and Fred Stafford They furnish transporta tion for the students to and from school and for athletic games away from home Bob Doner is also the bus me chan1c He services and repairs David Citys busses and keeps them in good running order to travel their routes each day Z' Page 36 Keeping busses in repair is part R W 1 Ns.. oy ete school custodian Mrs Vern Blevins left and Mrs Iohn f h drives one of the busses tres in his workshop 12 oclock meal 1 4: - ' - gp .
