Televising the David City High School bas- ketball contest was a hot and cold affair, as the Scouts managed to gain seven triumphs against nine defeats over the season. The Scouts were a first division club in the Central Eight Conference for the majority of the season, but a loss to Hlbion 50-42 in the final regular game of the season forced David City to take fifth in the Central Eight. if ffi :a Q 88 if David City managed to compile two threef game winning streaks during the season, but could never come up with the fourth.
