DEDICATION This year’s Olympian was dedicated to our librarian. Mrs Isobel Edgerton. The dedication was announced at the Senior A wards Day Assembly where Mrs Edgerton was honored. She was a graduate of New Waterford High School and Kent State University. She taught Business at East Palestine High School for one year and then substituted in the Lisbon School District while raising her family. After obtaining her library science degree she became the librarian here, a position she has held for the last 19 years. Mrs. Edgerton has also served as the A V coordinator for 12 of her 19 years here. After the fire in the fall of 1977. she literally picked picked up the pieces and started over. Since that time she has manged to create the fine library we have today. The library contains around 7.000 books and materials Mrs. Edgerton has been a great help to nearly all of us in someway and we want to thank her She has been a good librarian and good friend to many of us here at David Anderson. We want to wish her a happy retirement. We will all miss her. 4
