Q- LJ Senior Class Officers, L. to R.: Tom Cahill, Vice Presidentg Mr. Angelo, Advisorg Pat Wintersteen, Secretaryg Mark Swank, President Pam Fryling, l-listoriang Ann McWilliams, Treasurer. HISTORIC REFLECTIONS lt's sad to think how dreams dissolve When high school days are done, You'll wonder twenty years from now Did I have all that fun? But in the hopes of yesteryear, We've seen our dreams come true. Memories good and bad appear. Regrets are only few. We suffered quite a lack of funds Which surely you should know. Subs and sweets were our entreats To make up heaps of dough. Mac Arthur's Park was quite the scene We worked for many hoursg Robed in darkness, decked in green, Bathed in moonlit flowers. Then came the time for Senior Sales, We didn't win our race. But proved that nice guys finish lastg To lose is no disgrace. 1 And when the flood came Funds grew fewer Our halls were decked With essence of sewer. We know how it is to lose someone too. We dedicate this stanza, Mr. Hower, to you. A man whom we thank for many a thing Whose soul was the heart of our class beginning. Every age has it's good times To be lived by you. May it's good times be many And it's bad times be few. You'll be thinking about the times you've spent In this house of brick and cement Wondering about your flurry to flee Awaiting reunions of seventy-three . Love and Laughs, Pam Fryling, Historian P.S. Mr. Angelo, we regret to say Unfortunately until this day Your purple shirt and tie, unfound Must be wandering about the town. 22
