The Clarion '58 Class Poem Linda Hammond, trim and neat. Has a guy we all call Pete. In our class we have a Ioy. She admires an Air Force boy. Dorothy Loney laughs a lot. At what she is laughing is anyone's thought. Betty Strouse hasn't a care. Yet in her future she's bound to fare. Of curls Larry has many, Of enemies has he any? Lucy is known by her hair of brown, Upon her face there's never a frown. A good majorette is our Patty Riley. At every game she steps quite highly. Full of mischief and talent, too, Iayne Nyhart will never miss her cue. At farming Bob Shultz is a star, And in this life he'll sure go far. Louie who's not very tall, Shows much skill playing basketball. A guy in our class that is liked by all, His last name is DeVore, his first is Paul. About Gretchen Mavis, it is con- fessed, A real swell girl who deserves the best. Bob Piar with hair of red, Has no temper as is usually said. Bill Stachler with his dark wavy hair. Knows of nothing he wouldn't dare. If you're down and out and a friend you need. Our gal Elaine is hard to exceed. Page Twenty-eight To English Class Clair Richert pokes, Hoping he'll miss Mr. Galler's jokes. Ioe Banbury a quiet sort of boy, Being an A-1 tackle four years is his i0Y- Iudy Kreimes is this gal's name, Someday we'll read where she's gained fame. Charles Treen a fine lad indeed, Is a swell talker and oh. with what speed! Faye Smith a very pretty lass, Many eyes her way are cast. Kate Colopy who's known by all. Set her snare and caught her Paul. Iune and Wanna whose last name is Carr, After school. they'll motor far. Bob Davis, a quiet lad indeed, Will lend a hand where ever there's need. Bob Ridgeway with all his pep, Is real cool and sure is hep. Dave Myer who is sometimes called Snooks, Has loads of fun, but snubs his books. Harold Mickley. a husky chap, Will have to grow some to beat his P3P- If you see some smoke and hear loud booms, Iust bet it's a motorcycle and our Marty Koons. An ornery grin, a lad that is alert, You bet your life, that's Larry Stim- pert.
