■j,JM Z2M Varsity Lettermen assist at Mass before game. HOMECOMING SPIRIT The first Homecoming ceremonies for Damien High were held at half time at the Bishop Amat game. Linda McGready was crowned by the 1966 Homecoming Queen, Teresa Gaston. The court was made up of both Pomona Catholic and St. Lucy ' s girls. Princesses were Irene Goodwin, Vicki York. Chari Popjoy, and Terri Fee. The candidates were nom- inated by the girls ' schools and on the flip of a coin it was decided that the Queen would be from Pomona Cath- olic. The seniors from Damien made the final decision. These two days will ever be remembered for their great spirit and for the plain fun shared bv all. ' Kum Bai Ah
