An Army vet, and holds honors as a Capt. of Central St. football team, all conference HB. , and Mo. Valley broad jump champ in ' 52. As a head coach his record is 19-4. Coach Jerry Ayers is a grad of Southwestern St. Col- lege, in ' 59. Coaching 4 yrs. . Received M. A. at Adams St. College. Headed football at Erie, Colo. . Was Capt. of the S. S. JV and C Staff Coach Peter Lopez attended Pomona Catholic High where he was active in sports and student council. At- tended Chaffey Jr. College before entering U. of Ore- gon, graduated from L. A. St. College. He was attach- ed to the 82 Airborne Division. Third year coaching, and heads JV Football. Coach Ron Raya attended Mt. SAC and Cal Poly. Let- tered baseball and football. High School honors include 6 varsity letters, and played in the North-South Shrine game in ' 56. So. Calif. GIF in both sports. He Coach- es C football, wrestling and JV Baseball. Coach Jerry Adams will graduate from Cal Poly in June. He is new to the staff. He started at McKinley Home for Boys. At Cal Poly was named best defen- sive catcher in So. Calif.
