H. S. to have a school paper. This year, under Q Mr. Norman Stern, a practice teacher from Western 5 Maryland College, we were able to organize and publish 5 a paper. S Shortly before the first issue was published, 2 the staff sponsored a title contest. From the list 5 of names submitted, WThe Saber' was selected. Mary f Waters, a member of the Junior class, suggested the Q title, which corresponds to the WSc1m1tar.n Sabers, 5 are also famous swords from old Damascus. The prize 3 for the contest was a free subscription to the paper. M Issues cf 'She Saber' appeared every month and 5 sold for ten cents a copy.
