Qflas IS 4' First Row largery Wood, Barbara Griffin, Barbara Miers, Rosemary Barry, Helen Kocher, Betty Jones, Mary Jane Hislop, Emily Mc Riel, Nora Brown Second Row Ste phen Pavlick, Robert Grose, Henry Urban, Lester Mc Carty, Alice Shaver, Donald Ver faillie, Harold Bogart, lr Tinsley Third Row Elmer Hunt, Graydon Mayer, Clinton Brobst, Frank Kuehn, absent Mary Ann Casterlin, Betty Welsh The Juniors began the year under the guidance of lr Tinsley by electing the following officers President Helen Kocher Vice President Clinton Brobst Secretary Bette Jones Treasurer Alice Shaver 'Autumn Frolics , a Sport dance, was our first social event of the year The dance was held on October 50 The music was furnished by 'Chuck Thomas and his Ambass adore. The dance proved to be a huge success The class rings, ordered in September by all members of class, arrived on November 2, from Bastian Brothers. December 25 marked the day of our an nual Christmas party The Juniors that participated 1 the various school activities were Henry Urban, Bob Grose, and Clinton Brobst on the boy's basketball team We were also represented by Bette Jones on the girl's basketball team and on the cheerleading squad by Stephen Pavlick and Lester Mc Carty We also have many members of the class ln the band including the color guards, Elmer Hunt and Clinton Brobst On April 15 the seniors were our guests at the annual Junior Senior Banquet which was held at the Dallas Methodist Church A chicken dinner was served by the J B Class of the Church One of the biggest events of the year, the Junior Prom, was held on May 21 The auditorium, cleverly decorated and lighted blended beautifully with the Semi formal attire Music was furnished by a popular local orchestra On Class Night we awarded the Seniors gifts suited to their personalities I 1 . .
