School Board and Superintendent Fur MRS. BEATRICE FREEMAN Instructional Supervisor SCHOOL BOARD: SEATED - George Sims, Jr., Edward Holmes, James Johnston. STANDING - William Emerson, William Tatum, Chairman. Problems Were Plentiful for Qchool Board Problems were not new to the Dade County School Board. Many hours, other than those allotted for meetings, were spent in conference with parents, teachers, and concerned citi- zens.
