Useful Arts Home Economics teaches girls to cope with the many problems that will face them as homemakers. They also become aware of the importance of a satisfying home life. The Industrial Arts department is designed for instruction in both shop and industrial arts classes. The department is equipped to teach sheetmetal work, leather craft, and other related courses. Fine Arts Art is not necessarily concerned with teaching drawing. Students work in crafts which teach them to use available materi- als creatively and to develop individual abilities.
