If you do then the Curtis Art Club is for you! Under the guidance of Mrs. Frey, every member finds an interesting project from the many broad fields of art and once a week the spell-bound artists gather to engage in their particular creative work. Programs are planned a week in advance so the activities are always new and different. Officers this year were: Phyllis Pietrangelo, President, Margaret Woelfle, Secretary, Alex Loginow, Treasurerg and Jane Anderson, Marshal. DlSCl.lSSl0l'l GLU lf you chanced to enter room 3l4 after the eighth period on a Wednesday after- noon you might have seen a group of students in the heat of an argument. You would have been witnessing the Discussion Club in action. This year the Discussion Club mel under the able guidance of Mrs. Goldwasser, who led the Club in discussing topics of current interest and importance. These usually covered world problems and were intelligently discussed by the members. Two members attended a series of Youth Leadership Conferences this past Fall and various Club members attended citywide discussions on world problems. FIRST ROW.
