The season got off to a bad start and misfortunes seemed to plague us all the way through. On Turkey Day, cheered on by thousands of fans, we played our best game of the season, but against the more powerful and more experienced New Dorp Centrals, the White Warriors were again beaten and we lost our last game ofthe season. All through the season the team was hindered by iniuries, the more serious of them being when Ariay Godston hurt his knee and was forced to sit out some of the games, and when Charlie Molway, suffering from a broken arm, retired for the entire last half of our campaign.
