After a late start, the chorus worked very diligently every day to prepare an excellent Christmas program. The entire school had the pleasure of hearing a special arrangement of We, Three Kings, Silver Bells and many of the beloved Christmas carols. During the day the halls resounded with many of the traditional carols sung by the Christmas choir costumed as angels, Under the able and efficient leadership of Mr. Wilhelm we are sure that our Curtis High School Chorus will have a future as successful as its illustrious past.

Dur- ing the Christmas season the whole school was vrleged to hear hem pay a medley Christmas songs and carols such as WINTER WONDERLAND WHITE CHRISTMAS GOD REST YE MERRY GENTLEMEN SILENT NIGHT and HARK THE HERALD ANGELS SING that was fine proof of their outstanding ability.

Although. relatively new here at Curtis, the football band has added much to our musical program. Under the able guidance of Mr, Wil- helm, our new director, the bond has inspired Curtisites and sparked school spirit at football games and assemblies.
