With a Song in Their Hearts Naudia to hear the Wlednesday Musicale. In this weekly program the Choir presents its Milk bottles litter the lunchroom and marshals dash madly to the latest musical arrangements in harmony and parts and entertains the students with both clas- sical and current pieces. Perhaps, however, this choral group is remembered best for the carols which it used to sing from floor to Hoor during the Christmas season, and also for the newer Christmas Pageant in which it takes an important part. Under Mr. Darevs fine direction this group has fully realized its aim, to hring a finer appreciation of music to Curtis students.

IL EIHCULU ITALIANU Ufiiciali: autunno e primavera-presidente: Vita Costa, Carmela Spadag Vice presidente: Theresa Socci, Phyllis Curitoreg segretaria: Loretta Socci, Julia Valente, Direttrice-la signora Brigiotti. l membri del Circolo ltaliano parteciparono a vari programmi durante llanno, toccando cosi diversi campi di cultura italiana. Organizzarono una Vendita di torte e con i soldi ricevuti eomprarono dei Francobolli di Guerra che poi donarono allifjrganizzaziolie Generale della scuola. Una sera, dopo molti preparativi, presentarono in scuola una Festa Italiana per i genitori e gli amici. Tutti erano in costumi italiani. Cantarono molte canzonette, ballarono la Quad- riglia ed il Trescone e drammatizzarono la bella commedia le Scarpe Strette. Anche i vecchi membri del Circolo ritornarono a far parte di questa festa. Per noi tutti quella serata sara sempre un bel ricordo.
